Your information will not be shared with anyone. Your appointment information will be deleted 30 days after your appointment. While The Medical Foundation, Inc. will not use or share your appointment information or email address with anyone, we are not responsible for who may access and/or read information sent to your email address. Consider using a private email address that nobody else has access to.

An email will be sent to you 48 hours before your appointment.



Other ways you can keep track of your appointment:

  • Write it down in a calendar or notebook
  • Ask a friend or someone you trust to remind you
  • Program a reminder in your cell phone
    • You can usually program a reminder by going to the Settings menu of your cell. There should be a Calendar or Datebook setting there. Choose the date of your appointment and enter the time it starts. Turn the alarm setting on and choose when you want to be reminded (30 minutes before, 1 hour before, 1 day before, etc.).
